Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect delivery of my order?  

Our orders are shipped through a third-party courier within 2 to 4 days inside Egypt. They will contact you before delivering the order to arrange the delivery time most convenient to you. If your order is expected to be delayed, we will contact you immediately. For International shipping the delivery time varies according to location, you can contact us to get an estimate on the delivery timeframe before placing your order.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all over Egypt and Internationally.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept paypal, credit/debit card payments as well as cash on delivery for local orders only.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Our Local Shipping Costs :

- 55 EGP to Cairo.

- 70 EGP to Alexandria

International shipping costs varies according to location but estimated around (800-1000) egp
Any customs fees will be covered by you.


 

Cancelation, Exchange and Return

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since we process our orders very quickly, we can’t make cancelations or changes to your order if it left our warehouse, please contact us immediately if you have any issues you need to amend in your order, and we’ll see how we can best assist you.

 

Can I exchange my order?

All exchange requests must be within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that your item is kept in its new condition as delivered; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original packaging.

Please contact us if you need to exchange your order.

We don’t have exchange fees, but you will only cover the extra shipping charges.
We also encourage our customers to try the shoes upon delivery and the delivery agent will wait for you if you are unhappy with the size, you can re-pack the order and return it to the agent and we will send you the correct size straight away.

 

Can I return my order?

We only allow returns upon delivery, when you receive your order our delivery agent will wait for you to try your shoes on, so that if you are unhappy with them, you are most welcome to repack the order and hand it back to him on the spot.  You will only be charged for the delivery fees.
Otherwise we don’t offer returns, once you received, tried and approved your order.
But w
e can surely assist with exchanging your piece as long as it meets the exchange criteria cited above.

In the rare event that the item you received is defective; we will issue you a full refund provided that your item is kept in its new condition as delivered; unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original packaging.

Please Note :

  • Sarah Wagdy™ has the right to reject exchanges or returns if the items don't meet our policy standards.

  • Your request should be made within 5 days of receiving your order in the same condition as delivered; unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all the original protective packaging.

  • If a returned order doesn’t pass our inspection, it will be returned to the customer, and they will cover the shipping fees.

  • For exchanges, once your returned order passes the inspection, we will contact you and send you the new requested size straight away.

  • In the rare event that you received a defective product we will cover all the fees associated with returning your order. Once the returned item passes the inspection, we will contact you and issue the refund straight away. All refunds will take up to 15 days to be processed.

Where are your products manufactured?

We are proudly a 100% Egyptian brand. All our products are handmade and locally sourced in Egypt. We use high quality genuine Egyptian hides and even our packaging is produced through talented local organizations.

 

Are your products 100% leather?

Most of our designs are made of 100% genuine leather uppers and all the insoles of our designs are made from genuine leather for comfort and hygiene. You can always learn more about our products components under the description box in the SHOP page, we list everything that was used in producing each design.

How can I take care of my item ?

We use the highest quality of Leathers and Materials. To enable you to enjoy your product for a long time, we recommend to take note of the following care information:

  • All types of leather and other delicate materials (including metal accessories) may suffer from humidity. Humidity, salt and atmospheric agents in general can cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear. Therefore please take care to avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease (make up), alcohol (perfume solvents) and other abrasive products.

  • Avoid contact with any materials which may transfer their color pigments onto our products.

  • if your shoes become wet, allow them to dry naturally away from any direct source of heat.

  • Never attempt to clean your shoes with soap or water. You may use leather care products where appropriate.

  • The lining of your shoes is made from smooth leather. You can gently remove surface dirt on the lining of your shoes by using a clean damp cloth to wipe away any impurities

  • It is natural for the shape of a leather made shoes to change over time. To maintain the shape of your shoes we recommend stuffing the shoes with tissue paper.

  • Always store your product in the dust bag provided when not in use.
